Today my heart felt so heavy and scared,
With tears in my eyes, I knelt right there to pray.
I heard that you were in deep despair,
So I begged God to send you strength to live through the day!

Tomorrow you get a new chance at a fresh start,
And Remember it’s the person God made you to be that you’re to build.
Learn to love the person you are in your heart,
And it’s always your choice with whom it’s filled!

Living in this greedy world that’s a total wreck!
We hope things will make us happy like money and gold,
Where can love be found but if only a speck.
Or have we lost it all and become heartless and cold!

Surround yourself with people who truly care,
And start on the path to forgiveness and healing!
Life will hand you many trials and will never be fair,
But live it without regret and messed up feelings!

We have learnt to hide the emotions and pretend
Everything is ok, even if it’s the furthest from the truth.
Talk, scream, cry and let it all out will help you in the end,
And remember God will always be there no matter what stage my friend of youth!
